Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 48 weekday hours of ordering. Your order ships directly from our warehouse floor, not a drop shipper or warehouse. Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible.

Small orders are shipped UPS and incur standard rates. Please allow 7+ business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped.

Orders over 84 dispensers are palletized and will receive a discount on shipping. Expect 2 weeks for pallets.
